Below are concise professional backgrounds of the key WE team members while additional tradesmen are not listed. The WE team functions as a cohesive team capable of successfully completing simultaneous service contracts as well as multi-million dollar projects. Yei Rogers, Owner/ Contractor – Commercial and residential contractor with over 25 years of electrical and general contracting experience. Licenses include General Contractor GB-98, Electrical Contractor EE-98, Electrical Distribution Systems EL-1, and Journeyman JE-98. He founded Wizer Electric LLC. in 2002 after several years of construction industry experience and seeing an opportunity for growth, offering jobs, and providing top-notch service. Through Yei’s skill, knowledge, management, and commitment to offer the best value, he has created a solid company with a team of experts focused on the same mission. Wizer Electric LLC. has grown to become a reputable and leading General Contractor in New Mexico.

Joey Martinez, Journeyman/ Superintendent – Represents more than 20 years of electrical and general construction expertise. As a project manager he provides work order processing including upgrades and repairs for WE’s job orders. He is capable of managing project teams on multiple job sites and completing tasks efficiently. Joey has worked along side Yei for over 18-years. His loyalty to WE fosters a commitment to our mission of providing excellent service and value to our customers.

Gabriel Rodriguez, Head Estimator/ Project Manager – With more than 18 years of general contracting and electrical experience Gabe applies his knowledge to project estimation, new installations, upgrades, repairs, service calls, design build, project negotiation, project closeout documentation, material purchasing, notary, and software management. He is cross trained on the job site as well as an administrative project manager. As a valued team member his productivity contributes to the reliable service WE offers.

Theresa Rogers, Bookkeeper/ Office Manager – Provides essential business administration duties including office management, accounting, bookkeeping, scheduling, data processing, contractual document preparation, and human resources. For the past 16-years, Theresa has implemented efficient job order processes, with the flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements. She has developed company processes and procedures that contribute to the efficiency and the success of the company.

Lia Conzemius, Project manager – Experience in operations management and human resources. Cross trained for onsite project supervision and administrative support. Her attention to detail, problem solving, adaptability, strong organizational and communication skills have been an asset to the company for several years.

Anthony Sowder, Project Manager – Attained a Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management. Experience in on site project supervision and administrative support. He is capable of managing project teams on multiple job sites efficiently and effectively. His problem solving skills, strong communication skills, and flexibility have helped complete successful projects ahead of schedule

Ed McCabe, Journeyman lronworker – ls a certified ironworker for over 25 years and has overseen multi-million dollar projects in several different states. He is a certified welder inspector and currently has OSHA 1O and  OSHA 3O training.

Delvin Barton, Journeyman Electrician Service technician – Qualified to install, repair and maintain electrical setups according to code and specifications.
